Role & responsibilities

Review and approve erection plans, QA/QC plans, and ensure compliance with project specifications.

Coordinate with PMC/EPC contractors for smooth execution and issue resolution.

Monitor progress, manpower, and material availability; highlight delays or cost impacts.

Witness and approve equipment testing, commissioning, and mechanical completion.

Ensure adherence to HSE standards and quality audits.

Review RA bills, material reconciliation, and as-built documentation
