2) Good exposure in PLC & CNC control systems diagnosis, upgradation, retroffitting, system selection & application understanding for machine tool application.(Fanuc & Siemens system)

3)Exposure to Cost & Energy saving activities in shop floor in machine tools & furnaces application.

4) Strong Mechatronix skill specially machine tool & automation application.

5) Understanding of Induction Hardening , Heat Treatment , Extrusion Presses, Spindles, Hydraulics, bearings, Grinding Operations, pneumatic assemblies / Circuits & diagnosis.

6) Very good Man Management Skills

7) Exposure in IMS & EHS system.

8) Able to derive & analyse data to improve maintenance KPI like breakdown %, MTTR, MTBF, cost of maintenance, safety incidents control, CAPA, 7QC tools.

9) Very good exposure to Spare Management for local & imported machines & localisation of imported spares.

10) Exposure to work in CFT & got trained for automation, IOT 4.0 projects and exposure to do automation projects like - PARI

11) Exposre in areas of TPM, IMS, EHS, SAP maintenannce modules.
