We are seeking a curious and analytical Data Analytics Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be the bridge between raw data and actionable insights. You will be responsible for turning complex data sets into clear, compelling stories that inform business strategy, improve operational efficiency, and guide decision-making across departments. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with a strong technical foundation and excellent communication skills.
Data Analysis & Interpretation:
Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, correlations, and anomalies.
Perform root-cause analysis to explain business performance and market phenomena.
Translate business questions into structured analytical plans.
Reporting & Visualization:
Develop, maintain, and automate interactive dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Create clear and effective data visualizations to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Manage and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports to stakeholders.
Data Management & Processing:
Extract, clean, and transform data from various sources (SQL databases, CRM platforms, marketing APIs, etc.) to ensure data quality and integrity.
Write efficient and complex SQL queries to manipulate and analyze data.
Collaborate with data engineers to improve data collection processes and data pipeline reliability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with teams across the organization (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations) to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
Use data to support business cases, measure the success of initiatives, and drive strategic planning.
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
2+ years of professional experience in a data analytics role.
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency with spreadsheet tools (Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets) for data analysis (e.g., pivot tables, lookups).
Foundational understanding of statistical concepts (e.g., regression, hypothesis testing, statistical significance).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tell a story with data.
