Plan and manage end-to-end Tender / RFP / EOI / PQQ / RFQ for all tenders for online offline exam business. Analyze the customer requirements and identify the solution to propose. Attend pre-bid meeting and manage presales for tenders. Requirement gathering from client team and match our offerings with customer requirements.

Prepare quality proposal as per format given in RFP covering all the client requirements. Ensuring quality response to compliance matrix of client requirement. Prepare and perform Presentation as per agenda to client team. Ensure that bid costs are accurately estimated managed. Work with multiple teams to prepare client centric solution within client budget.

Manage internal reviews and approvals Solution/Legal/ Finance/Business approvals and sign-offs. Communicate with respective teams for bank guarantee, performance guarantee and other legal docs for tenders. Manage pre-bid and post bid clarifications with client procurement team. Performing all the portal communication and management of portals for submission.

Prepare proposal repository and maintain bid tracker. Independent tender search for new geographic and convert them in to client. Prepare, update and maintain the credentials, case studies and re-usable components. Supporting marketing campaign and collaterals
