We are looking for a motivated and disciplined fresher to join our team as a Site Supervisor for projects based in Manipur and Assam. The candidate will assist in on-site construction activities, ensure work is carried out as per drawings and schedules, and help maintain quality, safety, and compliance standards.
Assist senior supervisors in day-to-day site operations and management.
Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project timelines.
Help in material verification, storage, and usage tracking.
Ensure quality control by checking work against specifications and drawings.
Support in maintaining site safety, hygiene, and compliance with safety regulations.
Coordinate with laborers, masons, and other workers for smooth workflow.
Assist in preparing daily progress reports and site documentation.
Conduct basic site measurements and maintain records.
Report issues, delays, or deviations to senior supervisors.
Ensure minimal wastage of materials and resources.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Basic understanding of construction methods, materials, and tools.
Willingness to work on-site in remote or semi-urban locations in Manipur/Assam.
Physical fitness and ability to work in challenging weather/terrain conditions.
Good communication skills in Hindi and English; knowledge of Assamese, Manipuri, or Bengali is a strong advantage.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
Eagerness to learn, adaptability, and problem-solving attitude.
Two-wheeler license preferred for local travel between sites.
Short-term training or internship in construction projects.
Familiarity with local building codes, materials, and labor practices in Northeast India.
Site-based role with hands-on experience in real projects.
Mentorship from experienced site engineers and managers.
