Responsibilities: Includes :Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipelineScreen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screeningsTake ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirementsPerform reference checks as needFacilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiationg employment termsManage onboarding and new hire processStay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing processEnsure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Handle incoming customer enquiries professionally.
- ¢ Explain the company's Solar Products & Services.
- ¢ Generate and qualify customer leads.
- ¢ Schedule appointments for the Sales Team.
- ¢ Follow up with existing and potential customers.
- ¢ Maintain daily call records and customer database.
- ¢ Update CRM/Excel with customer details.
- ¢ Send quotations, brochures and company proles through WhatsApp and Email.
- ¢ Coordinate with Sales, Marketing and Project teams.
- ¢ Resolve basic customer queries.
- ¢ Achieve daily calling and lead generation targets.
- ¢ Prepare Daily Call Reports (DCR).
