Membership Terms & Services

Membership Activation

Services under any membership plan commence only after successful payment receipt and account activation. Partial payments or pending transactions do not activate membership benefits.

Service Scope
  • We provide job placement services, career counseling, and interview coordination
  • Services include resume forwarding to potential employers based on profile matching
  • Interview scheduling is subject to employer availability and candidate eligibility
  • We facilitate but do not guarantee job offers from employers

Job Guarantee & Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility Conditions:

  • Refund applies only if no interview opportunities are provided during membership period
  • Candidate must complete profile verification and provide all required documents
  • Candidate must be responsive to communication and interview scheduling attempts
  • Refund request must be submitted within 7 days of membership expiry
Non-Refundable Scenarios

Membership fee is non-refundable in following cases:

  • If interviews are scheduled but candidate doesn't attend
  • If candidate attends interviews but doesn't qualify/clear
  • If candidate receives job offer but declines it
  • If services are utilized (resume writing, training sessions conducted)
  • Violation of terms or providing false information

Candidate Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and truthful information in profile and documents
  • Maintain professional conduct during interviews and communications
  • Respond promptly to interview scheduling requests and communications
  • Attend scheduled interviews and training sessions punctually
  • Notify us of any changes in contact information or employment status

Service Limitations & Disclaimers

  • We are a service provider connecting candidates with employers
  • Final hiring decisions rest entirely with employers
  • Salary negotiations are between candidate and employer
  • We don't control employer hiring freezes or process changes
  • Service availability may vary based on geographic location and industry

Privacy & Data Usage

  • We share candidate profiles only with relevant employers for job opportunities
  • Candidate information is protected as per our privacy policy
  • We may use anonymized data for service improvement and analytics
  • Candidates can request profile deletion as per data protection laws
